Elad has been writing professionally for close to two decades, starting as an on the ground reporter and essayist in Israel before moving to Crown Heights and launching his massively popular blog Pop Chassid, which was read by millions. He then launched Hevria, a Jewish creative writing publication and community, which featured dozens of established and up and coming writers in the Jewish world. His writing has been featured in places like the Daily Beast, the Guardian, HuffPost, the Forward, and beyond.
