Raising Money For Our Hebrew School!
It’s been an amazing ride this year to launch The Neighborhood Hebrew School, a pluralistic afterschool supplementary program in West LA that combines the cozy, loving, wild feeling of Jewish overnight camp, the nourishing sensation of a Jewish home, and the empowering belonging of a neighborhood full of like-minded, adventurous friends.
The NHS is dedicated to giving its families much needed scholarships so that a Jewish education in Los Angeles for their children can fit within their budgets.
We know how hard it is to afford living in the amazing city of LA, and we don’t want cost to deter anyone from coming. At the same time, paying for the best and most dedicated Hebrew School teachers in LA takes a village.
That’s why we need you!
We are spending the next week trying to raise $2000 to take care of all of our end of year expenses and to balance out the school year budget.
